John Wilson has over 20 years’ experience within the logistics industry, with specific expertise in operations, healthcare and automation. He joined GXO in 2015, initially as a Business Development Manager before moving to the innovation team, helping to transform customers’ supply chain operations. In his current role as Senior Director, Global Automation R&D at GXO, he is responsible for the identification, evaluation and deployment of new technologies, supporting the business’ goal of driving innovation in logistics.
