Anirudh Likhite is Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement at Pilgrim, bringing expertise in supply chain optimization and strategic sourcing.

Anirudh also conducted warranty & reliability analysis, analyzing over 4,000 Crop Care warranty claims to identify the root cause of failures and contributing to design & manufacturing improvements. Their contributions led to a reduction in the warranty claims workflow. Anirudh also worked on the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for supplier components. During their time at John Deere, Anirudh was recognized as one of the best Graduate Engineer Trainees and nominated twice for “Star of the Month” awards. They also spearheaded the open innovation event and served as Editor of the Manufacturing Services Newsletter.
Prior to their roles in supply chain and manufacturing, Anirudh briefly contributed to Hamara Foundation as a Summer Intern, streamlining operations and developing evaluation metrics for projects.
