He has held senior leadership roles with multinational companies such as Nestlé, Friesland Campina, and Mars, leading large-scale factories and regional operations across Asia.

Known for his strategic yet hands-on leadership, Pankaj has successfully led  Industry 4.0 digital initiatives, Lean and TPM transformations, expansion strategy to support business growths, and multi-site operational turnarounds, consistently delivering improved efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.
