Ranjani Rangan is a senior financial services and fintech executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across the United States, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. She currently serves as an MAS-approved Director and CEO within regulated financial institutions in Singapore, where she oversees strategy, governance, risk, compliance, and cross-border financial operations.

Her experience spans banking, payments, remittance, corporate structuring, and regulatory engagement. Through her leadership roles and advisory work in business formation and corporate services, she has worked closely with multinational companies, Fintechs, SMEs, and family offices establishing or scaling operations in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific.

Ranjani is a recognized authority in AML/CFT and regulatory governance and is currently the only ACAMS faculty member based in Singapore. She brings a unique perspective that bridges finance, trade, compliance, and business expansion, offering delegates practical insights grounded in real operating and board-level experience.

In addition to her executive responsibilities, she serves as Honorary Chairperson (Asia-Pacific) of the International Trade Council, working with governments, chambers of commerce, and global businesses to promote cross-border trade and investment.
