Andy is a global supply chain executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading end-to-end supply chain strategy, large-scale transformation, and operational excellence across international markets including China, East Asia & Japan, the Pacific, India, the Middle East & Africa, and South America. He has held senior leadership roles such as Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain for International Regions, Vice President for East Asia & Japan, and Director of Global Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation.

He specialises in designing customer- and business-centric supply chain strategies, driving digital transformation, and building resilient, high-performing organisations. His approach combines strategic vision with Gemba-based execution to ensure meaningful, measurable business impact.

His expertise spans global supply chain strategy and transformation, operational excellence and continuous improvement, and building empowered, agile teams. He holds an MBA from the SIMBA International Programme (Tongji University & ENPC), a Bachelor’s degree from HuaZhong University of Science and Technology, and certifications in APICS CPIM and Lean Transformation.
