Shinta Yanirma
Shinta is a strategy and operations leader with more than 14 years of experience across corporate strategy, organisational transformation, finance and marketing. She has worked in businesses of all sizes, from SMEs and high-growth Series B start-ups to a major state-owned enterprise, and across industries including technology, luxury retail, real estate, telecommunications and hospitality.
She is known for her ability to wear many hats and solve complex challenges. As a builder, fixer and coach, she supports entrepreneurs and executive teams with day-to-day operations such as new product development, M&A due diligence, company restructuring and annual budgeting, allowing leaders to focus on long-term priorities.
Shinta began her career as an author and teacher, which shaped her strength in analytical storytelling. She now works closely with senior leaders across marketing, operations, finance and product to drive clarity and impact.
She is passionate about contributing to Southeast Asia’s economic growth by improving market and operational efficiency and enjoys connecting with founders and professionals in fast-growing sectors.
