Vishal Salunkhe is Vice President at Carousell Group and serves as the Business Head and P&L owner for six APAC markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, and the Philippines. He leads a team of more than 100 professionals across Category Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations for the Carousell brand, the largest business unit within the Group.

With over 18 years of experience in general management and business operations across the technology and services sectors, Vishal has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, launching new products and commercial initiatives, optimising product performance and go-to-market strategies, and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia. He brings deep expertise in scaling businesses and strengthening operational excellence in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
