Maite Jiménez joined Ricoh in March 2009 as Customer Satisfaction Manager, and was appointed VP Supply Chain Management for EMEA in 2019. She previously worked at General Electric and has over 20 years of experience focusing on manufacturing, supply chain leadership, continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma), project management, P&L management and transformation projects. 

Maite is an advocate for increasing diversity, and is currently an executive sponsor of the Women’s Forum at Ricoh. 

She has a degree in industrial engineering from Pontificia Comillas University in Madrid and a master’s in Supply Chain from the Technical University in Eindhoven. She was born and raised in Alicante, Spain, and has been living and working in The Netherlands since 1993.
