DELIVER is the data controller in respect of personal data that we collect through the Sites, through event sign-up or event access processes, or that you otherwise provide to us in the context of the Services.

We may collect personal information directly from you, depending on how you interact with DELIVER, the Service, and/or the Sites. This may include:

• Badge scan records, including timestamp and location of scan at events
   

Where you register for or attend our events, you acknowledge and agree that your participation constitutes consent to photography, audio, and video recording by DELIVER, and to the use, reproduction, modification, publication, and distribution of such material by DELIVER in any and all media channels relevant to our activities, including for marketing, promotional, and communication purposes, without further notice or compensation. 

1b. Data From Other Sources

We may collect additional data about you from third-party sources, including:

• Co-sponsors or partners with whom we offer co-branded Services

• Publicly accessible sources (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites)

• Data brokers or industry directories (subject to applicable law)

• Affiliates and service providers with whom you have engaged

• Referrals or introductions from other users or clients
   

We use such data to validate or enrich the information we already hold, tailor communications, or confirm professional eligibility for event access. We only do so where we have a lawful basis and where it aligns with reasonable expectations for delivering our Services. 3. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data as follows:

• With our affiliate companies: for internal business, marketing, and operational purposes.

• With sponsors: If you arrange a meeting, attend a sponsored session, interact with sponsor content, or allow your badge to be scanned at an event, your contact and professional details may be shared with that sponsor or exhibitor. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

• With service providers: including web hosting, CRM, payment processing, analytics, logistics, marketing, and IT support. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data only on our instructions and in accordance with data protection laws.

• With regulators or authorities: where disclosure is legally required or advisable to comply with legal obligations or prevent harm.
   

We share personal data with third parties only where necessary for the purposes described in this policy and, where applicable, under contractual terms requiring them to protect such data in accordance with applicable laws. Once personal data is shared, its use is also governed by the recipient’s own privacy policy, and DELIVER is not responsible for their independent data handling practices.

• You consent to photography, audio, and video recording by DELIVER, and to the use, reproduction, modification, publication, and distribution of such material by DELIVER in any and all media channels relevant to our activities, including for marketing, promotional, and communication purposes, without further notice or compensation.

• You understand that data collected via event platforms or apps (e.g., session attendance, meeting bookings) may be used to generate insights and shared with sponsors or partners in aggregated or identifiable form, where lawful

DELIVER may retain and process event records, feedback, and interaction history to enhance future event delivery and communications.

 6. International Data Transfers

As an international organisation, we may transfer your personal data to countries outside your jurisdiction of residence, including locations where our affiliates, partners, or service providers are based.

Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as:

• Adequacy decisions by the European Commission or UK Government (where applicable)

• Standard Contractual Clauses or International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs)

• Supplementary contractual, technical, and organisational measures
