Post-Meeting Actions: Evaluation and Refunds

This guide explains how to evaluate the meetings you attended and manage your refund information within the DELIVER Web App after DELIVER.

Evaluating Meetings:

  • Navigate to 'Meetings' and then 'Requests Received'.
  • Select the meeting you wish to evaluate.
  • Complete the meeting evaluation form and press 'send'.

Managing Refunds:

  • Go to 'Your Account' and then 'Refund'.
  • Enter all the required refund information.
  • Select 'Get my refund'.
  • Important: Ensure you have scheduled and evaluated the required number of meetings to be eligible for a refund.
