Welcome to DELIVER America 2025: A Mission-Led Future for Retail & Supply Chain
A Transformative Moment for Retail and Supply Chain
Standing before a packed audience in Las Vegas, Stephane Tomczak, Founder and Chairman of DELIVER, welcomed delegates to the third edition of DELIVER America with both pride and emotion. What began just two years ago as a bold idea has now grown into one of the most respected and human-centric gatherings in global retail and supply chain.
“Our mission was simple: to create the most valuable and human-centric event in retail and supply chain here in the US,” Tomczak told the crowd. “A place where quality comes first, and every conversation has the potential to spark transformation and partnerships.”
This year, the numbers speak for themselves — more than 600 decision-makers from 12 countries, including 250 retail and brand leaders and 74 innovative supply chain vendors, have joined the DELIVER community. Attendance is up 20% from last year, a reflection of the event’s growing reputation as the place where meaningful connections are made.
More Than an Event: A Global Community
DELIVER’s unique model sets it apart. Unlike traditional conferences, it curates over 1,500 one-to-one meetings between senior executives, creating an environment where business feels effortless and collaboration is intentional. Delegates enjoy not only the strategic networking but also the hospitality that has become part of DELIVER’s DNA — complimentary accommodation, gourmet catering, and unforgettable social moments such as the legendary networking dinner at the Paris Hotel pool deck.
“What makes DELIVER unique is not only what we offer,” said Tomczak, “it’s what we proudly stand for.”
Leadership with Conscience
At the heart of Tomczak’s message was a clear call for purpose-driven leadership. DELIVER is not just redefining how business leaders connect — it’s redefining what responsible leadership looks like.
Since day one, DELIVER has been 100% carbon neutral, offsetting all emissions generated by its events, including delegate travel and flights. Even more striking is its reinvestment model: 100% of profits are redirected into environmental and social ventures.
“We believe that leadership in business must come hand in hand with leadership in conscience,” Tomczak affirmed.
This philosophy has now been formally embedded in the organisation’s DNA. DELIVER has officially become a mission-led company, incorporating its commitment to positive impact into its legal framework. It’s a decision, Tomczak explained, that reflects a deep responsibility to the team, the delegates, and the planet.
A Feel-Good Movement with Global Reach
From its beginnings in Europe, DELIVER has evolved into a global movement spanning four continents. In 2025, the DELIVER tour has already connected industry leaders in Dubai, Singapore, Amsterdam, and now Las Vegas — with each event amplifying the message that collaboration and conscience can go hand in hand.
Tomczak expressed gratitude to the partners who helped make this journey possible, including DP World and nShift, recognised as DELIVER’s first global “rockstar partners.” Together, they have played a key role in expanding the community’s global impact and reach.
A Call to Dream Big
As the audience looked ahead to two days of meetings, keynotes, and ideas shaping the future of commerce, Tomczak left them with an invitation — and a challenge.
“Use these next two days to unlock new partnerships, to exchange bold ideas, and to lead by example,” he said. “Let’s dream big. Let’s start.”
With that declaration, DELIVER America 2025 was officially open — a celebration not just of business innovation, but of a growing global community united by purpose.
