What is it and why it makes a difference

Presentation of your company is vital for buyers to understand - at a glance - your services and to know more about the coverage you provide.

Past participating vendors will have their entire profile copied over to the latest event so company profiles only need to be updated, rather than started again.

Required fields to complete
  • High resolution logo: used to promote your company on our website and social media (5MB max file size).

  • HQ Country (company headquarters location)

  • Websites: company URL & LinkedIn company URL

  • Countries served: covers the entire geographical areas that your company can accommodate. It will be used as the criteria when filling out the services and targets section (which will be covered later in this checklist)

  • Video URL: this is optional and can be used to highlight your services

  • PDF presentation: helps buyers look into your services in more detail. You may include brochures, case studies, or service descriptions

  • Stand number: this will be completed for you by the DELIVER team

Presentation

This section will highlight the company coverage and services offered

  • Punchline: 1 to 2 sentence summary on your company is about (120 characters max)

  • Company presentation: gets into the meat of your services and coverage (600 characters max)

  • What makes you special? USPs setting you apart from the competition (300 characters max)

  • Some happy customers: optional field that adds credibility for prospective buyers

  • Company expectations: used internally to help the DELIVER team fine-tune your preferences

There are three types of users in the platform that will need to be assigned based on the number of passes acquired. Users to be added will be completed by the DELIVER team and requires a name and company email address of the required user. 

Types of users
  • Admin: will not take up a pass and is used to oversee the delegation, fill in profile(s) and manage schedules/meetings for attending delegates
  • Delegate: will attend the event but will not be participating in meetings

  • Meetings: will attend and take part in meetings and the matchmaking process

Adding new users

New users will be sent an email once they have been added to the system. They will be prompted to login and create their credentials. Past participants will have their profile and credentials copied over to the next event.

Completing your profile

All delegates need to complete/update their profile details and logistics details ASAP in order to be confirmed at the event. Users must fill in their attendance type, time zone, travel info, transfer requirements (if available), and hotel preferences (to be coordinated with DELIVER Client Success Manager) 

If this is not done, then the delegate will not have access to the matchmaking platform

Why is this important?

Buyers search for the right providers for their projects and give them a match score to quickly find the relevant providers.

Top tips for completing your 'services' profile!

The more descriptive your services are, the more likely the buyers you meet will fit your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). 

How many services can be selected?

Tick as many services that apply to your company, however ensure each service is completed with details such as name, description, and availability. Country availability will correlate to what you have added on your company presentation. Press save for each service once completed. 

Why is this important?

Helps you find your ICP buyers. These are inputted into our algorithm producing a match score to help you locate your ICP buyers.

Targeted retail companies
  • Main product categories: select as many product categories that are in scope

  • Sales channel: options for B2B, D2C, Ecommerce only, In store only or Omnichannel. Select all that apply

  • Turnover: helps you find the right sized buyers

  • Shipping: coverage of where they are shipping from and to. You may select individual countries or entire continents

Targeted buyers
  • Countries: location of your ICP buyers 

  • Seniority: seniority of your ICP buyers

  • Functions: role of your ICP buyers

Targeted investment projects
  • Project categories are automatically added based on what you have selected as your services

  • Project timeline is when the buyer is looking to start on the service or implement the solution

Ideal customer profile (internal use only)
  • Let us know if you have any specific qualifying questions you'd like us to ask when vetting retailers for future matchmade 1:1 meetings. This will help us to connect you with the right buyers.

What is it?

Wishlist is a service added to your package that allows you to increase the likelihood of having those hard-to-get retail companies at the event; so that you can start a conversation with them.

When should it be completed?

Now. Completing your wishlist as soon as possible will enable the DELIVER teams to have more time to recruit your wish list companies.

What do we do with your wish list?

We do the hard work for you to reach out to them and bring them to the event so that you can get valuable commercial conversations. Minimal information is needed and the list can be long, but subject to qualification. The wishlist you will provide us gives us a direct insight into what customers you are interested in, allowing us to understand your preferences better. By analysing your wishlists, we can tailor marketing campaigns and our team's outreaches in order to align with your preferences and provide the best list of retailers for your meetings.

Important information
  • Please note that the list you will send us will still undergo the qualification process and we will let you know which qualifies to receive the exclusive VIP passes. Simply complete the 2nd tab of the Service support sheet. See below information on the details needed for DELIVER to send the VIP pass application:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Mobile number (optional)

    • Your message (optional)

VIP pass inclusion
  • Free entrance to the event

  • One-night Hotel accommodation (extra nights will be provided in some circumstances)

  • Bus transfers (where applicable)

  • Access to Top content Speaking sessions

  • Access to our matchmaking platform

  • Exclusive networking party

  • Food & refreshments throughout the two days of the event

  • Flight refund (refund total will vary depending on the event location in relation to the person's departure location) and subject to their meetings agenda being fulfilled)

Brief overview of services

Aside from what you have indicated in our webapp about your services, we need more detailed information about your main services: stating what sets you apart from other companies that have the same service as yours, why many of your customers stay with you, what issues did you solve with your customers that had a positive impact. This will help our team make our retailers more interested in booking meetings with you. Please complete the 3rd tab on the Service support sheet and return to your delegate success manager.

  • Chat with attendees to gain valuable insights prior to meeting
  • Scan badges during the event and gain contact information

  • View event and conference schedule

  • List of exhibitors, attendees, and speakers

  • Meeting details and evaluations

  • Log any valuable walk-in meetings for follow-up

  • Floor plan, Shuttles, Hotel, and Venue information

  • Shows your DELIVER account manager

  • View upcoming events

Search 'DELIVER events' in your app store to download the app today. 

Vendors are eligible to apply for award categories ~8 weeks prior to the event and entries will close ~4 weeks prior to the event. Voting by buyers starts during the matchmaking phase and the winner is declared on the first day of the event.
