Vincent Gufflet is Director of Services and Operations at Fnac Darty, and responsible for all service-related activities, from offer design to operational performance. He also heads up the WeFix subsidiary.
Vincent has held various positions of responsibility within the Darty Group since 2003. He was Managing Director for Services from 2015, and then Sales Director for Products and Services until 2021.
