From First Mile to Returns: Allinbase’s Bold Vision for Full-Spectrum Fulfilment
In just two years, Allinbase has emerged as one of the most dynamic new entrants in European fulfilment. Speaking at DELIVER Europe 2025, Warehouse Director Enno Sikkema shared how the company’s “from warehouse to doorstep — and back” model is proving a game-changer for Chinese and European brands alike.
Born to Scale: Logistics Built for Growth
Founded in January 2023, Allinbase has already opened over 30,000 square metres of logistics space, including bonded warehousing and strategically placed hubs near Schiphol Airport and the Port of Rotterdam. With anchor clients like Dahua (security technology) and AliExpress, the company has developed custom WMS capabilities and onboarding processes that support everything from bulk shipments to rapid return processing.

What Sets Them Apart?
Where many 3PLs specialise in narrow supply chain segments, Allinbase embraces the full scope — from origin logistics and customs clearance to last-mile delivery and returns. Their proprietary WMS is tailored per client, and a dedicated Business Process Innovation (BPI) team ensures that operational onboarding reflects each customer’s unique needs.
Enno emphasised the cultural flexibility developed through working with demanding Chinese partners: 24/7 responsiveness, custom dashboards, rapid SOP creation, and cross-team collaboration are core to the company DNA.
Planning for Automation and Expansion
Allinbase is currently finalising its AEO and IATA certifications, laying the groundwork for deeper air freight capabilities. With a clear roadmap to automation, Enno’s team is testing modular conveyor systems, smart scanning, and robotics — aided by interns from leading Dutch universities.
The ambition? A fully automated, dark warehouse powered by data, AI, and lean principles — enabling seamless scale across sectors like electronics, fashion, and lifestyle.
Final Word
For Enno, customer satisfaction is the KPI that matters most — not just delivering parcels, but solving fulfilment as a growth enabler. As he put it: “Every wrong turn is a lesson learned. Our dream is to build a fully automated operation — but always grounded in human-centred service.”
