Stéphane Tomczak, Founder and Chairman of DELIVER, didn’t just create an event — he built a movement. Speaking candidly during DELIVER Europe 2025, Tomczak shared the emotional and entrepreneurial journey of transforming a simple idea born in an attic into Europe’s largest elite retail and logistics gathering.

“All that journey started in an attic, like 10 years ago,” he said. “Now it's become this massive powerhouse — gathering 2,000 delegates, 135 partners, and an elite crowd from all over Europe and beyond.”

The scale of the event today is no accident. It’s the result of a carefully crafted vision, brought to life by what Tomczak repeatedly referred to as “an amazing team.” With around 40 team members working behind the scenes, the event has earned admiration not only for its content but also for the high-touch quality of its experience.

“Speakers, delegates, media — they all have praise for how brilliant or helpful the team is,” he said. “That really speaks to my heart every time.”

NEW FRONTIERS: MIDDLE EAST EXPANSION

Looking beyond Europe, Tomczak revealed the upcoming launch of DELIVER Middle East in partnership with DP World — a request that came directly from the global logistics powerhouse.

“After America and Asia, we’ve now been asked to go to the Middle East — and we’re doing it,” he said. “It’s hard to turn down a request to create an elite, premium logistics event in Dubai.”

The Dubai edition marks a new chapter in DELIVER’s expansion, driven by growing demand from international partners and regions eager to replicate the event’s formula of high-level networking and industry insight.

A PLATFORM FOR PURPOSE

Tomczak also used the occasion to spotlight new initiatives that reflect the event’s evolving mission. These include:

• Sustainability Initiative: Announced at DELIVER Europe 2025 to accelerate industry-wide decarbonisation

• Women in Retail Breakfast: A new format aimed at supporting and empowering women across retail and logistics

“Sustainability is core to my beliefs,” he said. “It’s the natural consequence of what we’ve been doing for the last 10 years.”

These additions reflect DELIVER’s commitment to being more than just a business platform — it’s also a community that takes collective action on the future of commerce.

No DELIVER anniversary would be complete without a celebration — and 2025’s is the boldest yet.
