Robert Maslamoney, Global Senior Vice President at DP World, leads the company’s global PMO and Operations Excellence teams, as well as co-driving post-merger integration across the logistics division. Speaking at DELIVER Europe 2025, he reflected on what makes DP World’s presence — and recognition — so significant at this year’s event.

“For me, this is most probably one of the biggest awards — being acknowledged for brand excellence,” said Maslamoney. “It speaks to the trust that customers and suppliers have in DP World.”

That trust, he pointed out, is hard-earned — especially when compared with competitors that have been in operation for over a century. For DP World, being selected over such legacy players is a sign of strong market confidence and momentum.

DP World operates one of the most expansive logistics networks in the world — with assets at global choke points, operational control in seven regions, and a workforce of over 115,000 people.

“We’re leveraging technology, infrastructure, and talent to bring more resilience and efficiency to supply chains — particularly in retail,” Maslamoney explained.

The company’s ongoing growth is supported by a strategic focus on operations excellence, cross-border integration, and digital enablement — all critical to delivering the seamless performance that today’s global brands demand.

Maslamoney also highlighted the value of attending DELIVER: it’s about direct conversations with those who matter most.

“Meeting customers, understanding what’s on their minds — that’s crucial,” he said. “You’re only ever as good as your last performance.”
