SEVEN SENDERS UNVEILS AI CLAIMS TOOL FOR RETAILERS AT DELIVER
Felix Vogels, VP of Sales & Marketing Global at Seven Senders, had a major reveal at DELIVER Europe 2025: the launch of Claimy — a new AI-powered solution designed to automate parcel claims for online retailers.
“It doesn’t have anything to do with our core international shipping business,” he admitted. “But it solves a huge pain point for merchants.”
Claimy allows retailers to fully outsource the process of chasing down lost or delayed shipment claims. Instead of tying up customer service teams with repetitive follow-ups, Claimy uses AI to manage and process claims automatically.
“If you’re a large online shop spending too much time chasing carrier claims, this will save you hours of work — and even get money back into your account,” said Vogels.
LASER-FOCUSED ON THE RIGHT RETAILERS
Vogels was also full of praise for the DELIVER event itself, describing it as their “favourite fair” for one very specific reason: relevance.
“We have a very specialised product,” he said. “So we need a very specialised target group — and at DELIVER, every conversation feels relevant.”
He credits DELIVER’s curated audience — made up of large retailers and high-volume eCommerce players — for helping his team accelerate deal-making.
“It’s the way DELIVER decides who they invite. It’s highly targeted,” he said. “That makes it much easier to sell.”
INNOVATION BACKED BY INSIGHT
While Seven Senders is best known for its international parcel shipping platform, Vogels believes innovations like Claimy reflect the brand’s long-standing mission: solving real-world problems in eCommerce logistics.
And DELIVER, with its high-intensity format and focus on actionable connections, remains the ideal place to launch something new.
“It’s not just exposure — it’s results,” Vogels concluded.
