Christina has over 20 years’ experience across a variety of roles in the retail industry. She is passionate about strategic development and change management.

Christina graduated from Cambridge University with a first-class law degree before deciding to pursue a career in retail and joining Marks and Spencer as a graduate trainee in Merchandising. She is currently the Finance and Strategy Director of John Lewis, delivering their ambitious turnaround plans. She has held a variety of roles in the Partnership in Buying and Merchandising, Supply Chain and Planning, and was formerly the Chief of Staff.
