Marek Rozycki is an entrepreneurial former regional CEO and recognised last mile strategist with extensive international experience across the courier, express, parcel, postal and e-commerce sectors. He is known as a team builder, industry connector and adviser with a strong track record in growth, transformation and operational leadership.

A graduate in Banking and Finance from Birmingham University and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK), Marek began his last mile career in 1990 as part of the DHL Poland start-up team. He later founded Masterlink Express, which became Poland’s leading national parcel carrier and is now DPD Polska. Following its acquisition by Groupe La Poste, he became CEO for Central and South Eastern Europe, overseeing a fast-growing region of 16 countries.

Marek later joined Amazon Logistics as part of its European start-up leadership team, serving as Vice President Europe until 2015, where he was involved in major projects including Amazon Logistics US,  Amazon Flex and Amazon Fresh.

Today, Marek is Managing Partner at Last Mile Experts, advising leading operators, investors and technology companies across the global CEP and out-of-home delivery sectors. He is particularly recognised for his expertise in parcel locker networks and last mile innovation.

Marek is also co-host of the “Last Mile Prophets” videocast, a frequent speaker and moderator at international industry events, and a contributor to leading industry publications.
