Over the past 9 years at Decathlon, I have worked across warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. Now, as Head of E-Commerce Logistics in the Czech Republic, I lead a team focused on optimizing last-mile delivery strategy and enhancing the post-purchase customer experience.
I see logistics as more than just operations—it’s a key driver of growth in e-commerce and retail, offering a strategic advantage when effectively integrated into the business model. Supply Chain gives a lot of space for driving innovation and uncovering improvements that create meaningful impact on many levels.
