Victoria Evans is a Partner at the John Lewis Partnership, one of the UK’s most trusted full-line omnichannel retailers, and has over 20 years retail experience building growth and loyalty across both shop estates and e-commerce. 

Today, Victoria leads Customer Delivery Development at John Lewis and works collaboratively with business stakeholders and third-party providers to drive innovation and change within final mile delivery solutions (including returns).  She avidly believes in providing the very best post-purchase customer experience by focusing on ease, speed, and convenience whilst putting the customer firmly in control.
