If you haven’t done so already, please confirm your travel details. Update your profile in the DELIVER Platform or simply send your itinerary to your Account Manager, who will take care of the rest. As a Hosted Buyer, you're welcome to book your travel, and we’ll reimburse the cost (up to our travel reimbursement limit). This is on top of the complimentary accommodation offered as a part of your package.

PRE-QUALIFIED MEETINGS

The first block of 1:1meetings starts on the first day. 

Review and evaluate your meetings whilst they're fresh at the event! This is an important component of the event for you and the suppliers you engage with.

ARRIVAL & SHUTTLE TRANSPORT

When you arrive in Dubai, shuttle transport is available to take you to the venue from the airport. You can find more information plus links to the shuttle timetable on this page. 

HOTEL CHECK-IN

Your hosted pass includes a complimentary stay at our partner hotel(s). If you haven't already done so, use the links found in the DELIVER Platform to book your stay, including any extra nights you will need. Inform your Account Manager about the days you have booked or ask for their help where you need it!

Badge collection starts on the morning of 21 January. Coffee and refreshments will be served until the event officially opens in the conference area.
